Vatican II was convened in 1962 and closed in 1965. After the twenty-first Ecumenical Council called “The Second Vatican Council”, why did the Vatican seemed to move in a new direction which in appearance looked less like a Counter-Reformation war against the Protestants and other non-Catholics?
Why did new terminology and movements spring up? Was it simply a new type of war? A covert war of smoke and mirrors? Of ecumenical seduction and deception? Although no major Vatican doctrines changed and the Council of Trent (which was the authority behind burning heretics) was affirmed in Vatican II, the terminology of Vatican leadership, both globally and locally, seemed to grow softer and more ecumenical. Thus, it is important to understand the translation of certain Vatican terms today and what they really mean, so that common lay people can see that the Vatican truly did not change at all from their days of Inquisitions and Holocausts. Below you will see a helpful chart that helps you understand post-Vatican II doctrines compared to the Bible. Keep in mind that the Bible is the most quoted holy book on our planet by all major world religions with more ancient manuscript copies by far than any other ancient work which allows it to be examined more than any other work for accuracy and verification of authenticity. It is the most published Book on the planet and it is the only one that claims to be breathed directly by GOD through prophets. All other religions claim their holy books or tablets or commentaries came from men or angels. It’s also the only Book to make such a claim and still be taken seriously by even critics. Regarding the pope’s assumption that he is the Substitute of Jesus Christ, it is helpful to know that the pope’s title is “Vicarius Christus” meaning “Substitute of Jesus Christ” or “Vicarius Filii Dei” meaning “Substitute of the Son of GOD” as seen on the papal mitre and in official documents but denied by some of the ground soldiers of the Vatican to fulfill the post-Vatican II agenda of ecumenical seduction and deception.
Religious movements that erupted after Vatican II were the “Jesus People” movement, the charismatic movement (a sort of religious “new age movement”), the “Christian” rock movement, and a plethora of money-loving, sexually promiscuous, corrupt televangelists (all claiming strangely enough to be “Protestant”), as well as massive growth in a variety of ecumenical councils, Protestant-Catholic initiatives, and many other ecumenical religious inter-faith initiatives.
Many other examples of their ecumenical approach after Vatican II exist, but when you realize that Catholics may range from those who practice pagan religions (like voodoo, candomble and santeria which descended from the religion of Babylonian Baal worship) to those who are devout to the pope, Catholic tradition, and their canons and catechism (and believe heretics should be burned) to those like many American Catholics (who don’t really know what they believe but think they do), then you will realize that the Vatican is the Queen of Ecumenicism. Because Rome combined the world’s two most ancient religions (Babylonian Baal worship and Bible worship) into their one papal system, every religion in the world will find something familiar in the seductive bed of Rome. The question is “Will they be foolish enough to be seduced into another Dark Ages again?”.
One example of Catholicism’s false gospel is that of their false teaching regarding Mary as can be watched in the video at this link. Another false doctrine is the teaching of the Mass (the Vatican’s teaching found in every single one of their eclectic, ecumenical, syncretic hodge-podge sects). First, the word “mass” is not in Scripture. The pagan Babylonian mass is much closer to the Catholic mass in that they both present wafers and wine, whereas the Bible presents a meal of unleavened bread, bitter herbs, lamb, and fruit of the vine. Furthermore, the Catholic mass teaches that Jesus is being “re-sacrificed” in the Mass for our sins. What does GOD say?
“For Christ is not entered into the holy places made with hands, which are the figures of the true; but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us: Nor yet that he should offer himself often, as the high priest enters into the holy place every year with blood of others; For then must he often have suffered since the foundation of the world: but now once in the end of the world hath he appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself. And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment: So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.” – [Hebrews 9:24-28]
